All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by a human before being finalized. We do not delegate critical decisions or communications to AI alone.

In compliance with Article 22 of the GDPR, we do not use AI to make autonomous decisions that:
Have legal consequences
Affect individuals significantly (e.g. pricing, eligibility, scoring)

If such processes are ever implemented, we will:
Ask for explicit consent
Provide a clear manual review process
Offer the right to opt out or challenge decisions

Some personal or business data may be processed by AI systems (e.g. contact form inputs, project briefs). We ensure:
Minimal use of personal data
Secure handling of all data
No training of AI systems using client data
All third-party tools are GDPR-compliant or protected via Standard Contractual Clauses
